Sorah Chung is an activist and advocate for economic dignity and educational access. With a background spanning technology, social impact, and community organizing, Sorah founded Teachagram to build systems that empower people—especially women—through knowledge.
Her vision emerged from witnessing firsthand how traditional systems exclude those with the most valuable knowledge. She believes technology should serve humanity, not extract from it.

Her Journey
From Grassroots to Global
Sorah's journey began in community centers and grassroots organizations, where she witnessed the incredible talent and knowledge that existed in underserved communities—and the systemic barriers preventing people from sharing it.
She saw women who could transform lives with their skills—master weavers, traditional healers, culinary artists—yet had no platform to reach learners or earn fairly from their expertise.
This sparked a mission: to build technology that serves the overlooked, empowers the underestimated, and creates economic pathways where none existed before.
